Configuring an outgoing SMTP mail server
To configure an outgoing SMTP mail server, in the Config (Setup) window, complete the following steps:
- From the navigation tree, expand the Enterprise and select Notifications.
- In the Enterprise Notifications window, on the E-mail Servers tab, click New.
- In the E-mail Server Configuration pane, enter a brief description of the email’s content.

Select one of the following options:
- SSL/TLS
- STARTTLS
Note: If you use Microsoft Office 365, select STARTTLS. - In the Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP) area, enter the IP address and port number of the outgoing mail server. The default port number is 25.
- Click Apply to Systems Grid.
