Identifying event motion in video playback

On analog cameras, you can locate an area of a camera’s viewpoint to identify the cause of an event trigger. This feature can be useful when it is difficult to determine the cause of the event, such as a branch of a tree blowing in the wind.

To identify the event, complete the following step:
Right-click the video panel and then select View Motion. A blue box marks the area where the motion is occurring. You can remove the blue box by right-clicking the video panel again and selecting View Motion.
Note: This feature is available only on some cameras.
